Estimadas familias,
Diciembre ya casi está aquí, las conferencias están sobre nosotros y me quedo pensando: "¿A dónde se ha ido nuestro tiempo?"
Gracias a todos los que participaron en nuestro día de caminar a la escuela. ¡Nuestro Día de Caminar a la Escuela de Ruby Bridges fue un gran éxito (vea las fotos a continuación)!
¡Nuestros pasillos eran eléctricos! Los estudiantes estaban llenos de entusiasmo esta semana mientras se ocupaban de prepararse para impresionar en sus conferencias de padres. Dr. Melvin y yo estamos muy orgullosos del trabajo de nuestros maestros y estudiantes. Los maestros esperan verlos a muchos de ustedes la próxima semana en las conferencias (21 y 22 de noviembre). Si no se registró para una conferencia, comuníquese con el maestro de su hijo.
Durante las conferencias, también estaremos regalando abrigos de invierno y libros gratis, así que pasen por nuestra cafetería. Por último, no habrá clases del 21 al 25 de noviembre.

Dear Families,
December is almost here, conferences are upon us and I am left thinking to myself, “Where has our time gone?”
Thank you to all who participated in our walk to school day. Our Ruby Bridges Walk to School Day was a great success (check out the pictures below)!
Our hallways were electric! Students were filled with excitement this week as they busied themselves preparing to impress for their parent conferences. Dr. Melvin and I are so proud of our teachers and students’ work. Teacher’s are looking forward to seeing many of you this coming week at conferences (Nov. 21st/22nd). If you missed signing up for a conference, please reach out to your child's teacher.
During conferences, we will also be giving away winter coats and free books, so stop by our cafeteria. Lastly, there will be no school November 21st - 25th.
