Smartwatch and Cell Phone Reminders
Elementary Smartwatch & Cell Phone Use: Ensuring smartwatch and cell phone use at the Elementary Level is only occurring outside of the instructional day. Students are not to wear or use these devices in school. We will expect them (if brought to school) to remain in their personal backpacks until after school hours.
Carline Reminders
For families dropping off and picking up students in the carline, please remember that cars must enter from Paper Mill Road and come down Springfield Way and turn left into our upper parking lot. This will help to prevent congestion at the entrance of the upper parking lot. We appreciate everyone's efforts to help us keep carline running smoothly.

Scholastic Book Fair Details!
Dear Erdenheim Families,
The Scholastic Book Fair returns to Erdenheim the week of October 5 to October 9, 2026, hosted by the Enfield-Erdenheim Home & School Partnership (EEHSP).
HOW IT WORKS
Every student will visit the Book Fair with their class at a scheduled time during the week. There is no Preview Day. Every visit is a shopping visit, so please have your child's payment ready before the fair opens on Monday, October 5.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- eWallet (recommended): Set up a digital fund for your child. At checkout, volunteers look up your student's name and apply the balance. No cash to lose.
- Any unused balance from a previous Book Fair will carry over to your current eWallet.
- New this year: funds can be transferred between eWallets.
- Cash, card, and checks made payable to EEHSP are also accepted.
- Set up your eWallet HERE
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
For confidential help with book purchases, email Emily Duffy, Erdenheim Social Worker, at emily_duffy@sdst.org.
FAMILY NIGHT: WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 7, 6:00 TO 8:00 PM
All Enfield and Erdenheim families are invited to shop together.
- Teacher Wish Lists will be posted so you can purchase a book for your child's classroom.
- Support our Sustainability Committee - clear your own bookshelves and bring your gently used books that you’ve outgrown to our book swap!
- Stop by the Spartans Station for lollipop sales benefiting the Spartans Care Fund. Lollipop sales are cash only.
