📣 Shout Outs! 📣 Shout Outs!

  • Congratulations to our Marching Red Devils who held their USBands home show competition on Saturday, September 19. They hosted 11 visiting marching bands from as close as North Hunterdon High School and as far as Linwood, NJ down by Atlantic City. MRD performed their show, Everything the Light Touches, which is representative of Mr. Magalio passing the baton to Mr. Hylkema after 30 years of directing the marching band. The 102 members of the MRD were so welcoming to their guests. The camaraderie, school pride, and spirit were on full display throughout the day, and it was truly heartwarming to see all the bands support one another. ~Nichole Brice

  • Thank you to the district’s leadership team for inviting the Board to help welcome back staff on September 1 and join them for recognitions and opening presentations. It was informative, celebratory, and evident what a strong and supportive culture exists amongst the staff. I felt a lot of pride for Hunterdon Central and it made me even more excited for the first day of school! ~Nichole Brice
