We have several important items we wanted to make you aware of for the new school year:

1. Cellphones and related technology needs to be silenced and in your students bag from bell to bell

2. SaJHS does not allow food deliveries from businesses taking orders online such as DoorDash, Grubhub, Or Uber Eats due to the disruption those deliveries cause to the learning environment. While fountain drinks and fast food are not allowed in classrooms, parents are allowed to bring food deliveries to school for their students to have at lunch or after school.

3. Please remember that we are a closed campus so student may not leave for lunch.

We are looking for student lunch workers to help serve school lunch each day for 10 to 15 minutes. This is a great opportunity for students to develop responsibility, teamwork skills, and contribute to our school community. Students will receive a free lunch each day they work. Centro Hispano is a a nonprofit organization serving Utah County. They work with Hispanic and low-income families in areas such as immigration services, tobacco cessation and prevention, and workforce development. We also have resources including a food bank and English classes. See flyers below.
