Is your Newline board not functioning like it used to? Your board might need a firmware update. The latest firmware version is 1.2.72. We actually have the boards set up to automatically update, but for some reason, that doesn't always happen. You can check your current version by doing the following:

To find the firmware version on a Newline Q Series board, navigate to the home screen, tap the Settings gear icon in the top right, select System, and tap About. The current version will be listed, typically starting with "V" (e.g., v1.2.72). If your board has an old version, contact us to update because it requires an admin password.
