Little Mermaid
Dear 4th-6th Grade Parents,
Thank you to all who expressed an interest in having your student appear in 'Disney's The Little Mermaid'. We are excited for this production. We are aware that this year there is a 4th-6th-grade production shortly after 'The Little Mermaid', so we are highly encouraging parents to have their students in one or the other (not both) due to time constraints that will be placed on the kids. Although we would love to have everyone participate in everything, keeping students to one or the other would end up being the easiest decision for everyone involved.
As stated in the informational session, if they want to be in the show, they are automatically in! Please fill out this form if you want to have your student involved:

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me anytime!
**This applies to 4th-6th grade only**

- No options for stage crew in 4-6 grade.
Practices:
- 1 Saturday in February to practice dances (long day). The exact date is TBD. The entire cast will be present for this.

- They will record the dances so the kids can practice at home
- 2:30-5 pm is typically the time of additional practice for the main cast
Parent requirements:
- They do request parent volunteers either at rehearsal night or a performance date to monitor kids who will be in classrooms when not on stage. (The stage crew will get the kids when it’s their turn to go on stage. Parents just need to make sure kids are safe and quiet.)
-Parents will need to submit and pass a background check for this. We will send parents all of the paperwork once we know you are interested.
- They also look for parents to volunteer to sponsor dinners during longer rehearsal nights.
Costumes/ hair/ makeup:
