Important Notes Important Notes

Parents, WE NEED YOUR HELP. There is far too much playing and lack of attention across the grade level. Please make sure to look at and sign the daily folder. It is imperative that you speak to your child if they are on yellow or red. At this age, children need lots of reminders of appropriate and acceptable behavior to be ready to learn. Please make sure your child goes to bed at a reasonable time. Many students complain of being tired beginning at noon. We can't do it without you, and we sincerely appreciate your support.

1. Keep the daily folder in the backpack and please check it every day and sign the behavior chart on the back.

Green or Pink = Followed the rules and had a great day

Yellow = Needed extra reminders about following the rules

Red = Had a difficult time following the rules

2. Please send a healthy and full lunch in your child's lunch box if they are not planning on getting a school lunch.

3. Keep practicing tying their shoes.

4. Keep extra clothes in a ziploc bag in your student's backpack to use in case of need.

5. Teachers will respond to parent emails within a 24-hour timeframe.
6. Please do not send a water bottle to school unless it is part of their lunch. Please make sure it is closed and does not leak. We have already had many water bottles spill. Don't worry we have many water breaks during the day as well as a water fountain in each classroom.

7. Please read our monthly newsletter and reach out if there are any questions.
