Patriot Peek at the Week News

Wolf Ridge will have a book fair in the library all this week, May 1st-5th. During this week, students will also have the opportunity to invite a special adult to have breakfast with them and visit the book fair. See below for more information about specific assigned days for certain grade levels.

We will also be honoring our entire staff the week of May 8th-12th. If you would like to help celebrate them, please see the information below about how you can contribute to this week of appreciation. Students are encouraged to write "thank-you" notes or draw pictures for their favorite staff members. We have a great team at Wolf Ridge. We want them to feel appreciated for all of their dedication and hard work throughout this school year.

Bring your favorite "peep" to enjoy breakfast with you! You can also invite them to visit the book fair in the library. Breakfast is served from 7:30-8:10AM.

May 2nd = PK, K, and 1st grade students can invite a "peep" to breakfast on this day

May 3rd = 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade students can invite a "peep" to breakfast on this day

May 4th = 5th, 6th, and 7th grade students can invite a "peep" to breakfast on this day

Staff Appreciation Week is May 8th-12th. We are planning ways that we can show the WR staff our appreciation for their hard work and dedication to our children. Below are just a few ways that you can help!

(Items may be brought in anytime to the office as long as they are non-perishable.)

ALL STUDENTS = Write a "thank-you" note or draw a picture for your favorite staff member.

PreK, K and 1st Grade Students = Bring in breakfast items for a staff breakfast on Monday.

(Ideas: muffins, granola bars, protein bars, yogurt, K-Cups, Special Creamers for Coffee...)

2nd-4th Grade Students = Bring in Apples or Bananas for our Staff on Wednesday. We will be treating them to a candy buffet, but we also want them to have healthy fruit choices.

5th-7th Grade Students = Bring in water bottles, cans of soda, or individual bags of chips for our staff. We will be treating them to a cold drink and snack Friday afternoon to pep them up.

-To kick off the book fair that will be happening the week of May 1-5, we will have a special dress-up day on this day encouraging students/staff to dress up like their favorite character.
