We are excited to offer this unique opportunity for our 3-5th Grade boys and girls!

Students from the Souderton Area High School's Teach Kids Stem Club will be visiting Vernfield on Tuesday January 27, from 3:20-4:25 to complete a STEM Penny Boat Challenge.

Please note spots are limited, and once the spaces are allotted the sign up will be closed.

Calling all Vernfield K - 2nd Graders, get ready for a exciting hands-on science experiment designed specifically for you!

When and Where? January 23rd at 6PM at Vernfield.

Join us for a fun Halfway to the IVEF Golf Outing family night on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 5:30–8:00 p.m. at The Vault Town Center in Harleysville. This winter evening offers something for everyone, including Elevated Eats, Neshaminy Creek Brewing, and Birdie Bays Indoor Golf. A portion of the proceeds will support the Indian Valley Education Foundation, making it a great opportunity to connect with the community while swinging toward student success. (Snow date: Wednesday, February 4, 2026.)

Please click this link, 5th Grade Tributes, or scan the QR code, to complete the Google form and submit your 5th graders tribute for the 2025/2026 yearbook. If you have any questions please contact the yearbook committee via email at, vernfieldyb@gmail.com. Please submit your Google form so they can be added to the yearbook tribute pages no later then, Friday, January 30, 2026.

Google form response will include the following:

1. My favorite memory from Vernfield Elementary was... (student response).
2. In 10 years I can see myself...(student response).
• (“ie” What do they want to do when they grow up? Where do they want to be?).
3. Write a message to your 5th grader that makes them feel proud of their time and accomplishments at Vernfield.
• There is only one message allowed per 5th grader and the message should be no longer than 5 sentences.
• (Ex: Alex, we are so proud of all your accomplishments at Vernfield. Middle school is going to be amazing! Love, Mom, Dad, Sarah and Zoe.)
4. Please upload on Google form OR email 2 photos of your 5th grader.
1. A photo from when they were younger.
• (preferably when they were under a year old if possible).
2. Include a photo of your 5th grader from this past school year.
• The photo can be from the first day of school, a school spirit day or any other fun day from the year.

event.
