⏰ Quick Tips and Updates

1. When logging an activity include preparation time with the activity time.
  • Example: If a coach spends 20 minutes preparing to model a 30-minute lesson, the total time logged for the modeling activity should be 50 minutes.
  • Note: Preparation time applies only to tasks specific to the activity (e.g., creating the slides for the lesson), and not to general professional tasks (e.g., checking emails).

2. Building filters are fixed! Building selections will now adjust the graphs to only include data from those buildings.

3. Admins: Wondering about the Needs Attention column? This column is designed to flag steps that may need to be completed in the event that a district is using the tool directly. Since ISD Admins typically function as both the ISD and District Admins for now, these indicators are usually not relevant.
