Candy heart science is a sweet way to welcome the long weekend. Ms. Tracy’s class makes predictions using the scientific process. 🩷

Students enjoyed a fun and engaging learning experience centered around the Super Bowl and the Puppy Bowl. Through age-appropriate lessons and activities, students learned about the Super Bowl as a major sporting event that highlights teamwork, rules, and sportsmanship. They also explored the Puppy Bowl, learning how it promotes animal adoption and kindness toward pets.

Students also learned about Groundhog Day, exploring its history and traditions in a fun and meaningful way. Through stories, discussions, and activities, students discovered why the groundhog looks for its shadow and how this tradition is used to predict the arrival of spring.

Second Home clients and Phoenix students proudly kicked off the Winter Olympics with a ceremonial torch run and mock Winter Games, celebrating teamwork, inclusion, and school spirit.
