A new season for a Philly-grown business with global impact
In the heart of last winter, the City of Philadelphia lit up our feeds with a bold announcement: a $5 million investment in local entrepreneurship through the Philadelphia Commerce Department Small Business Catalyst Fund.
Designed to support growth-minded small businesses with funding, mentorship, and community alignment, the announcement sparked hope—and high anticipation.
At SriiiConsulting, we recognized the opportunity immediately. We got to work.
Now, as fall settles over the city, we’re proud to share: SriiiConsulting has been selected as a recipient of the Philadelphia Commerce Department’s Small Business Catalyst Fund.
From the moment the City shared the launch, we saw alignment with our mission. SriiiConsulting exists to equip solopreneurs, founders, and growing enterprises with the structure and clarity to move from hustle to sustainability. The application process itself was a reflection of our own coaching ethos—strategic, intentional, and community-centered.
Now, the announcement is official, and the opportunity to deepen our work has arrived.
This milestone allows us to expand our Philly's Got Hustle and Work Smarter Not Harder coaching services—including customized strategy sessions, business systems development, and group training experiences. We’re also investing to enhance our ideal customers’ journey by strengthening our digital infrastructure and improving access to virtual programming.
But more than a business win, this recognition is a community affirmation. Our work reaches across cities and industries—supporting educators, entrepreneurs, creatives, and nonprofit leaders. They’re building futures—and we’re honored to help them build well.
Looking ahead, the Small Business Catalyst Fund will support our efforts to:
Grow our capacity through targeted hires and systems upgrades
Launch new tools that help clients clarify their vision and scale sustainably
Participate in city events that spotlight inclusive, equity-focused entrepreneurship
We’re careful not to overpromise—but deeply committed to over-delivering. Every service we expand is designed with purpose, process, and people in mind.
