What a great start to the season! It has been great seeing everyone in the room ready to learn! Thank you to everyone who has already registered - there is still time to register!

If you have not yet registered and were furloughed, we have the ability to work with you! Please let Leah know if you need more information about the process for those who were furloughed.

There will ONLY be Tuesday Combined practice next week - school is out on Wednesday and Thursday and the building will be CLOSED. We will start back to three days the first week of December.

On December 2, we will have a Parents meeting during the combined practice. The meeting will start around 6:125. We will cover important dates for the season, talk about Meets and how they run, as well as answer any questions you may have.

If you have not yet registered, please do so below ASAP!

If you are not registered by NOON on 11/30, you are not eligible to wrestle in the first Tournament on Dec 7.

It’s hard to believe, but wrestling season is right around the corner!

This year, we are excited to announce that the Ramblers will be joining forces with Franconia. This decision was made after careful consideration, and we believe it is the best step forward for the growth and success of our wrestlers and program as a whole. Combining the teams will allow all wrestlers to practice and compete together, fostering a stronger sense of community and teamwork. It will also enable our coaches to spend more focused time with each athlete, helping them develop both their skills and confidence on the mat.

Beginning this fall, we will introduce a new practice structure to better meet the needs of all wrestlers:

• Combined Practice: All wrestlers will train together to promote collaboration, team spirit, and shared learning experiences. This time will allow newer wrestlers to learn from more experienced teammates, while seasoned wrestlers can reinforce their fundamentals through mentorship and repetition.

• Beginner/Youth Practice: Designed for our younger or less experienced wrestlers, this session will emphasize fundamentals, technique development, and skill-building in a supportive environment.

• Advanced Practice: Focused on our older or more experienced wrestlers, this session will emphasize advanced techniques, strategy, conditioning, and disciplined practice habits to prepare for higher levels of competition.
  
  

We’re confident this new structure will strengthen the entire program, providing every wrestler with the attention and challenge they need to reach their full potential.

We’re looking forward to an exciting, productive season ahead—stronger together as one united team!

Practices:

Practice days and times are now as follows:

Tuesdays - 6:00-8:00pm - COMBINED (all ages and skills)

Wednesdays - 6:00-8:30pm Advanced/Older wrestlers

Thursdays - 6:00-7:30pm - Beginners/Younger wrestlers

After Winter Break, wrestlers will be able to attend any and all practice dates and times.
