Letter from Dr. O'Reilly
Dear Forest Ave Families and Caregivers,
Greetings on this gray October day. Our short week was full as usual and included the third graders welcoming their new classmates - the turtles. If you have a third grader, be sure to ask them about the presentation they attended on Wednesday, and if they have a favored name they would like their turtle to be called.
There are many ways parents and caregivers can demonstrate investment in their child’s educational journey. One is to actively participate in Parent Teacher Conferences, which will be held at Forest Avenue School on November 10th and 12th. Please look for the electronic invite to select your conference time which will be released on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Conferences are twenty minutes long.
My very best wishes for a rejuvenating weekend. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you or your child.
Sincerely,
Tricia O’Reilly, Principal, Forest Avenue School
