Superintendent's Weekly Update

November 22, 2023
Dear Weymouth Public Schools Community
As we gather together with friends and family to celebrate the season of gratitude, it is with immense joy and appreciation that I extend my warmest Thanksgiving wishes to each and every one of you.
In this season of reflection, let us take a moment to express our gratitude for the vibrant and diverse community that makes Weymouth Public Schools so special. Our district is not just a place of learning; it is a community that fosters growth, understanding, and collaboration. Each student, teacher, staff member, and parent contributes to the unique tapestry of our educational environment, and for that, we are truly thankful.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to our dedicated educators, whose passion and commitment inspire our students every day. Your tireless efforts do not go unnoticed, and the impact you have on the lives of our students is immeasurable.
To our students, thank you for bringing your curiosity, enthusiasm, and unique perspectives to Weymouth Public Schools. Your energy and creativity make our school a vibrant and dynamic place of learning.
To the parents and guardians, thank you for entrusting us with the education and well-being of your children. Your partnership and support are invaluable, and we are grateful for the strong bond we share in nurturing the growth of each student.
As we gather around our tables with loved ones, let us also remember those who may be facing challenges or hardships. Thanksgiving is a time to extend a helping hand and share our blessings with others. Together, we can make a positive impact on our larger community.
May this Thanksgiving be filled with warmth, laughter, and cherished moments with loved ones. Let us carry the spirit of gratitude beyond this holiday season and continue to build a supportive and inclusive community at Weymouth Public Schools.
Wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving!
Warm regards,
Robert Wargo
Superintendent
