A small group of 27 NVPs and their Central Nations (including Consultants, PCs and Clients) will have full access to all of the website features once they log in. The rest of the teams, which is the majority of the Field, will launch in group 2 — the exact date will be announced as soon as possible. We will be communicating an update with everyone on Sunday with more information. To prepare for launch, we will have a website outage beginning on Thursday night at 10pm pacific time that will last approximately 6 hours until 4am pacific time. Q: Can I create same password I always used?

A: The new password cannot be 1 of the previous 7 passwords used

If you do not add an IC or PC registration to the cart, then they have to login or register first so we can ensure we are showing them the proper pricing. If you are sending the cart to a prospect who you want to look at the cart and see PC pricing, I'd recommend adding the PC reg kit to the cart. The recipient of the cart can always remove the registration kit.

Host perks are available without any order to unlock. No orders are required. The Host perks are: Host can place that one order at IC prices. So anything below the Build for More level is 35% off and once they hit the Build for More its 50% off.

Yes, the My Office app will still be available after the new website launches.

Yes, by using the Personal Shopper program. For more details, please view the How to Use

Personal Shopper video, how to sheet, and meet the program sheet on the Source.

You can find each Host Perk’s expiration date by clicking on the perk in your Consultant

Dashboard. The expiration date will also be copied when you copy the coupon code so all

recipients know when the code expires. You can also remove the expiry date from the coupon when sending it to your hosts.

Each month, every Independent Consultant receives 10 new Host Perk coupon codes to send

out. Please refer to the How to Use Host Perks video, Host Perks How to Sheet, and Host

Perks Meet the Program Sheet on the Source.

No, Host Perks can only be redeemed by Clients and Preferred Clients. If an Independent

Consultant enters a Host Perk code into their order, it will be redeemed but no discount will

be applied and that code will not be able to be used by anyone else.

• Each IC needs to send their own link if a PC wants to opt in for personal shopper because the permission is specific to them only. We will have marketing messages going to PCs after the launch is completed to ensure everyone know about the new programs and enhanced features.

  
  

Preferred Clients will not be able to see their order history from the previous website within their account. However, their Independent Consultant or Customer Service will be able to find that order history on their behalf.
