Principal's Message
“As full of spirit as the month of May, and as gorgeous as the sun in Midsummer.” — William Shakespeare
Dear Razorback Community,
Thank you for showering our dynamic duo, Ms. Juarze and Ms. Tellez, with love and appreciation! Special recognition goes out to the Kidd Springs Neighborhood Association-Beautification Committee for organizing a special tree planting and dedication ceremony. The Texas Tree Foundation conducted an informative session for our young learners on the tree planting process. Our Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st-grade students are now the proud caretakers of three healthy trees named Donut, Blueberry, and Mr. Tree.
Our final Razorback Lunch Bunch of the year had a fantastic turnout! It was a heartfelt moment to honor our parent volunteers.
Parents, we're just one STAAR test away from completing state testing. Students in 3rd to 5th grade will test on Tuesday, April 30th, marking a fitting end to the month of April.
May marks a time of celebration and commencement. We'll kick off May with our Razorback Cinco De Mayo program on May 2nd. Additionally, May Razorback of the Month letter will be sent home on Thursday, May 2nd.
A reminder that Friday, May 3rd, is an inclement weather day, so there will be NO SCHOOL. Registration is now open; students who register by May 15th will receive a VIP pass to a SPECIAL BOOTH offered during field day.
As I approach the final month of my first year as principal, I am immensely proud and honored to have the opportunity to be a part of all the wonderful traditions and memories being created at Hogg New Tech Center the proud home of the Razorbacks!
Proud Principal of Hogg New Tech,
Ms. Molina
