Weekly Wrap Up

We’re pleased to announce the launch of Everbridge, our new emergency alert system that will replace the previously used CodeRED system.

Everbridge provides us with enhanced communicate for important emergency notifications and timely information to our community. As we make this transition, our goal is to ensure that community members have access to reliable alerts when they are needed most.

As part of the rollout, we will be conducting an initial system test. The test notification will be sent to community members and is intended to confirm that the new system is functioning properly and that our notifications are reaching the community.

If you were previously registered with CodeRED, your information has been transferred to the new Everbridge system. However, we encourage everyone to visit the Everbridge Member Portal to review and update your information and confirm that you are signed up to receive the types of alerts and notifications that are most important to you. Taking a moment to check your preferences will help ensure you receive the information you want, when you need it.

If you have not yet registered for City of Whitehouse alerts, we encourage you to sign up through our Member Portal. This transition is an important step in strengthening communication throughout our community, and we appreciate your participation as we roll out Everbridge.

Thank you for helping us keep our community informed, prepared, and connected!
