Mrs. Susan Lovato
Dear Millbridge Families,
As we enter the winter season, I want to take a moment to thank you for your continued partnership and support. December is a busy and exciting time in our school, filled with learning, celebration, and the joy that this time of year brings. Today we hosted the high school choir for an assembly. Next Friday, the high school band will be coming over for some fun.
As the weather gets colder, please remember to send your children to school with warm layers so they can enjoy outdoor activities comfortably and safely. We also appreciate your ongoing communication and involvement—it truly makes a difference in your child’s success. The parent portal will be opened today for you to view your student's report card. If you have any questions, please reach out to your child's teacher.
We hope this season brings moments of warmth, peace, and togetherness for your family. Wishing you a wonderful December and a joyful winter ahead! Please be reminded that December 23rd is a single session day and school is closed from December 24, 2025 and will reopen on January 5, 2026.
Warmly,
Stacy Murphy
Principal
Report Cards on Parent Portal - Friday, Dec. 12
All report cards will be available to view on parent portal starting December 12th at 4pm. There will not be printed report cards sent home. If you have any questions or concerns about your child's progress, please reach out to the teacher. Please see directions below on how to access your child's report card:
Accessing Your Child’s Report Card
To access your child’s report card, please log into the parent portal. Select grades from the menu on the left side of the screen. You will be able to see your child’s grades on that screen or you can select “View Report Card” to open a PDF of the report card. If you are reviewing the report card on screen, please click on the arrow next to the subject to see the comments for that subject area.
Once you have had the opportunity to review your child’s report card, please click on the verification box to confirm to indicate that you have reviewed the report card.
Proof of Flu Vaccine - Due December 22nd
As we move into the winter months, we kindly remind all families that the deadline for submitting proof of your child’s flu vaccine is December 22nd. Keeping our Pre-K through 2nd grade students healthy here is so important, and the flu vaccine is one of the best ways to protect our young learners from serious illness. We also encourage continued focus on good handwashing habits at home and school—clean hands help keep germs from spreading and support a healthier classroom for everyone. Thank you for partnering with us to keep our students safe, healthy, and ready to learn!
Give Kids A Smile - February 6th

Knights of Columbus Food Drive
Thank you all for your incredible support and generosity during our food drive! We’ve been so inspired by the enthusiasm and kindness everyone has shown. The drive wrapped up on Thursday, December 11, 2025. Every class did a great job with their collections. The top classes in the grade levels were:
Preschool - Ms. Ptaszenski
Kindergarten - Ms. Arcaini
First Grade - Ms. K. Zeserman
Second Grade - Mr. Flamini/Ms. Wallis
Your contributions are truly making a positive impact in our community during a time when support matters most. We’re so grateful to have such caring and dedicated families and students.
Thank you for making this drive a success!
Social Media Update
A criminal network known as the 764 Network has emerged nationally and is reportedly targeting youth through social media and gaming platforms. There have already been several incidents to date here in South Jersey. The network’s tactics include but are not limited to:
- Posing as teens of the same or opposite sex to solicit inappropriate images.
- Using those images to coerce victims into harmful or illegal behavior.
- Encouraging victims to engage in self-harm, share explicit content, or commit disruptive acts such as false emergency calls.
- In some cases, victims are manipulated into targeting other children.
The network reportedly originated from a student in Texas (area code 764) and appears to be driven by a motive to create disruption and distress.
Law enforcement emphasizes the importance of parental engagement, digital awareness, and timely reporting of suspicious activity. I trust that you and your teams are already incorporating these principles into your work with families and students, and I share this information simply to support and inform those efforts.

If you are dropping your child off, please enter the parking lot closest to the cafeteria. This is the carpool line. Staff will direct you around and assist your child out of the car. It is extremely helpful to have your child in the back on the passenger side for exit. A staff member will open the car door when it is safe for exit. There will be staff members to assist in crossing and navigating the hallways to help find classrooms. Make sure your child has their colored band; this is extremely important and helpful.
If your child is supposed to be in Primetime please make sure you are signing your child out with one of the YMCA staff members in the back of the cafeteria.
