NEW REESE NEWS
Parent Volunteers Needed
Reese will serve as a voting location on Tuesday, November 3. As an extra precaution for student safety, we’re looking for parent volunteers to provide an additional adult presence in designated cafeteria and campus areas.
All volunteers must be fingerprinted and cleared by the district before participating.
We’ll have one-hour shifts available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Volunteers will follow school staff’s directions and report any concerns to staff. This role is focused on supporting students, rather than monitoring voters or participating in election activities.
You’re welcome to sign up for as many shifts as you’d like.
School staff will assign volunteers to the cafeteria, near the fence entry, the playground, or other designated areas based on where support is most needed at the time. Please keep voter access clear and report concerns to school staff.
If you are interested in volunteering for this event, please refer to the sign up that was sent separately through the Parent Square.
Thank you for helping support our Reese students!
Our Reese Harvest Festival is Friday, October 23rd!
Get ready for an evening of family fun, games, treats, music, and exciting activities! Our Harvest Festival is a wonderful opportunity to make memories, connect with friends, and celebrate our amazing Roadrunner community.
Help Make our Reese Harvest Festival a Sweet Success!
Our Roadrunners are counting down the days until the Harvest Festival, and we need your help to make it extra special! We are collecting donations of candy, cake mix, frosting, cookie mix, and sprinkles for our festival activities.
The Cake Walk is always a student favorite, and our Roadrunners love the excitement of winning sweet treats and prizes at the games! Your donations help create memorable experiences and lots of smiles for our students.
Please drop off donations in the Reese Office. Every contribution, big or small, helps make this a fun-filled evening for our Roadrunner community.
Reese Harvest Festival Costume Reminders
All children under 18, must have an adult present with them at our Reese Fall Festival.
We can’t wait to see our Roadrunners in their spooktacular Halloween costumes at the Harvest Festival! To keep everyone safe and ready for all the fall fun, please make sure costumes allow students to keep their hands free and faces visible. That means no full-face masks, inflatable costumes, or large props.
With so many sweet prizes and treats to collect, be sure to bring a bag to hold all your Halloween treasures! We can't wait to celebrate a fun-filled evening with our Reese families!
Halloween Spirit Day!
REESE REMINDERS
Construction Continues
Construction will continue on our new BRIDGE portable! For the safety of our Roadrunners, staff will be keeping a close eye on our Roadrunners to ensure they stay away from the construction fencing and not lean or climb on it. If you notice anything concerning, please contact the office so we can check it out. Thank you for helping us keep our Roadrunners safe and for your flexibility as we move through this exciting project!
