* BACK-TO-BACK CHAMPIONS! 🏆⚽

University School Girls Soccer Earns Back-to-Back Regional Championships and State Bids.

The University School Lady Buccaneers are Sectional CHAMPIONS and state qualifiers once again! With an incredible display of teamwork, determination, and heart, the Lady Bucs have secured their second consecutive Sectional Championship and State Tournament bid! This remarkable accomplishment is a testament to the players' hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence throughout the season. Congratulations to our players and coaches on an outstanding achievement!

The Lady Bucs will look to keep the momentum going as they take on Smith County in the first round of the TSSAA state tournament at Boyd Buchanan High School in Chattanooga on Tuesday, October 27, at 1:30 PM. To celebrate their success and to wish them well at the state tournament, the school will participate in a good luck “send-off” for our athletes on Monday, Oct 26, at 11:50am at the school.

Great Job and Good Luck at State Lady Bucs!

* University School Co-Op Volleyball at Crockett High School

Congratulations to Josie Clark, Tyla Barnett, Sarabeth and Samantha Bogart. These University School student athletes all participated in our HS Volleyball Co-Op at Crockett High School this fall.

During their annual awards program, both Samantha (Varsity) and Sarabeth (Junior Varsity) received the coach’s award for their teams. As shared during the awards ceremony, “The Coach’s Award isn't necessarily about being the top scorer or the most talented athlete. Instead, it honors players who consistently demonstrate hard work, positive attitude, resilience, and a commitment to the team’s success. It reflects the qualities a coach values most, such as leadership, encouragement of teammates, and respect for the game and opponents, no matter how hard it gets. These players handled every situation the best they could."

Congratulations to all four of our participating student athletes on their recent season and to Samantha and Sarabeth on this special coach's recognition - Way to Go Bucca(neers)!
