Complete this Questionnaire if you are not in TWI

It is important to know some foundational information about your child to help understand their needs as they enter Kindergarten and assign them to their kindergarten cohort and educator. By having this information we are able to get to know your child a little better and create balanced classroom communities. This will hopefully limit the need to make changes in assignments, once the school year is under way. Please know that this is meant to support the needs of all our students coming into Dawes and help us to prepare. This information is NOT used to track or label students in any way.
