From the Principal
Dear Austin Families,
First, I want to offer a heartfelt thank you to our parents, students, and PTO for the incredible love and appreciation shown to our teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week. The thoughtful notes, treats, gifts, kind words, and acts of support meant so much to our staff. Teaching is hard work, and feeling seen and appreciated by our community makes a tremendous difference. Thank you for helping us celebrate the amazing people who care for and teach your children each day.
As we head into the final two weeks of school, our calendar is PACKED with events, activities, celebrations, and end-of-year fun! Please be sure to read campus communication carefully so you do not miss important information.
Two exciting events happening this week are our 2nd Annual Art Night, where our students will proudly showcase their artwork and creativity, and our final McTeacher Night of the year! McTeacher Night is always such a fun opportunity for families and staff to connect outside the school day while also supporting our Teacher Activity Fund.
Finally, thank you for talking with your children about the issue of stomping on milk cartons at lunch. We have seen a huge improvement, and your support and partnership truly made a difference. We appreciate the way our families work alongside us to help Austin be a safe, respectful, and positive place for everyone.
Thank you for all you do to support Austin Elementary!

Keeping Youth Safe Online Talk
Talk with your child about internet safety and potential risks. Regular conversations can help you know what your child is doing and what apps they use. Talk with your child calmly, as anger may cause your child to become defensive and less likely to share information with you. Talk with your child about what the rules and consequences are when it comes to using devices and being online.
Lunch Deliveries
For safety reasons, we will only accept meals delivered directly by a parent or guardian. We are not able to accept or deliver food from outside vendors such as DoorDash or Uber Eats. Thank you for helping us keep our campus safe and running smoothly.
Back to School Bash
Join Conroe ISD in showing what it means to truly care. Together, we can support students and families across our community as they begin the new school year with confidence. Your donations will help provide school supplies, backpacks, and essential items ensuring that every student is prepared and ready to learn.
