Brady Mason joins Raider Reporting staff

Hello, my name is Brady Mason. ( Seventh Grader )

I am glad to be a part of Raider Reporter this school year. I adore writing stories and making characters, my story writing is what I am passionate about. I have a sister named Shyanne Mason, she used to be an eighth grader inside of this school. I also adore drawing and sketching, there's so many things I could talk about. I love to watch sports and I will be attending 7/8 Basketball this year.

Warning: Wheels to the Side on Walking Wednesdays

Wheeled riders interested in joining Walking Wednesday Raiders are on warning. Bikes and scooters move faster that walkers, and need to follow local laws, and practical safety rules. These include: Helmets at all times, bikes/scooters ONLY on the roadways, and staying safe while off sidewalks on your way to school. Walking chaperones will be focusing on walkers only going forward.

National Library Service: A free audiobook resource for eligible students

Did you know the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled offers free audiobooks and braille books to students whose disabilities make reading print difficult?

Students can access books through the BARD app on a personal device or receive materials by mail, at no cost. There are no lending fees or charges for shipping.

This can be a great resource for students who benefit from listening to books at home or want to enjoy more books independently.
