Believe in Kindness

Here are the details and official rules for students wishing to participate:
- This Year's Theme: Believe in Kindness
- Note: The exact words "Believe in Kindness" must appear on the poster.
- Eligibility: All K–5 students currently enrolled in Anoka-Hennepin elementary schools.
- Submission Deadline: Wednesday, October 21st
- Poster Size: All entries must be on 11” x 17” paper. If using lightweight paper, please mount it onto tagboard.
- Allowed Materials: Crayons, markers, felt-tip pens, paint, pencil, pen and ink, or similar traditional art tools.
- Prohibited Materials: Do not use 3D or collage objects (wood, plastic, glass, metal, string, fabric, felt), stencils, computer-generated art, or internet downloads.
- Copyright Rules: All artwork must be original. Posters cannot feature copyrighted characters from cartoons, comics, TV shows, movies, newspapers, or magazines.
Encourage your young artists to start brainstorming their designs! Please make sure all entries are turned in by Wednesday, October 21st. We can't wait to see how our students illustrate what it means to Believe in Kindness!

Lost and Found
Our Lost and Found is full of missing coats, sweatshirts, lunchboxes, and water bottles! Please remind your student to check for any missing belongings, and feel free to take a look yourself during upcoming parent-teacher conferences.
Pro Tip: Labeling your child's items with their name helps us return lost items directly to them. We love getting missing belongings back where they belong!
