Congratualtions!

Many of our students made lots of progress and growth in their English language. Twenty-eight students have completed the English Language Services Program. We will celebrate their accomplishment at Bear Bash on Friday, January 31st.

School Board Luncheon

This Wednesday, January 29, 2020 Bayyari will host our School Board for a lunch and tour of some of our clubs. We cannot wait to share all the exciting and engaging things happening at Bayyari and to let our School Board Members know how much we appreciate their leadership.

Bear Bash

This Friday, January 31, 2020 will be our January Bear Bash. As always, parents are welcome to attend and will need to check into the office prior to Bear Bash.

Counselor's Corner

Here are some tips for responding to your child's anxiety:


1. Remember the goal isn't to eliminate the anxiety, but to teach your child how to manage it.

2. Don't avoid things just because they make your child anxious.

3. Express positive, realistic expectations.

4. Respect your child's feelings, but don't empower.

5. Don't ask leading questions.

6. Don't reinforce your child's fears.

7. Encourage your child to tolerate his or her anxiety.

8. Try to keep the anticipatory period short.

9. Think things through with the child.

10. Try to model healthy ways of handling anxiety.

Meet Our Bears! Meet Our Bears!

Ms. Stephanie Bentley

Every week we want to introduce you to a fabulous Bear that works at Bayyari. We have some of the best teachers and staff in the world and we can't wait for you to get to know them!


Ms. Bentley is from Oklahoma. She graduated from George State University with an Educational Specialist Degree in School Counseling. This is her twentieth year in education. Ms. Bentley is the School Counselor at Bayyari.


When not working with students, Ms. Bentley enjoys our beautiful surroundings, and time with friends and family.
