Come Have Dinner With the Executive Director, 'cause we need to talk!
I am inviting you to dinner next week and the following week at the office but I can only invite 10 guests each night. We have negotiations coming up in January and a lot of other things that need to be addressed so we need to start talking now.
That's right, the the first ten members that email me at jeffery.parker@asasp.org for dinner on Tuesday (9-19), the first ten members that email me for Wednesday (9-20) and the first ten that email me for Thursday (9-21) will be notified and receive an official invite.
Then the first ten members that email me at jeffery.parker@asasp.org for dinner on Tuesday (9-26), the first ten members that email me for Wednesday (9-27), and the first ten that email me for Thursday (9-28) will be notified and receive and official invite.
From 6pm - 7:15pm each night we will meet, eat and have an opportunity address some of your concerns. I am going to set the table for you in hopes of personally getting to know at least 30 members each week. If you know that next week is not the best time for you, just wait for October when I set the table again.
The door is open, as I would like you to learn more about me, your board and about your union. This board and I plan to make and take every opportunity we can to build this union for you and your benefit! The board is planning various opportunities for growth this year as well. Stay tuned!
