Let's Get Ready for the 2026-27 School Year! ๐ซ๐๐๐๐ถ
A Message from Principal Paul
Dear Dolphin Families,
The first day of school is just three days away, and the excitement is building at Marathon Middle High School! Our teachers have been working hard throughout pre-planning to prepare their classrooms, refine lessons, and ensure everything is ready to welcome our students.
We truly cannot wait to see our Dolphins back on campus. We have missed the energy they bring to our hallways, and we look forward to reconnecting, building new relationships, celebrating achievements, and creating another year filled with learning, growth, and unforgettable memories.

All parents are invited to attend. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about Marathon Middle High School, hear about our goals for the year, and discover ways you can partner with us to make MHS the very best it can be.
Starting Strong
This year, we are placing a special focus on first-period attendance and arriving at school on time. Being present and ready to learn from the beginning of the day helps students establish positive routines, stay connected to instruction, and begin each day successfully. Please help your student plan to arrive with enough time to be in first period and ready to learn when the bell rings.
Students are also expected to be in dress code beginning on the first day of school. As you take advantage of Floridaโs Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday, which runs through August 20, please review the attached dress code requirements and school supply lists to ensure your student is prepared for a successful first day.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership. Together, we can help every Dolphin begin the year with confidence and make this our best year yet. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our front office.
Enjoy the final days of summer. We look forward to seeing everyone soon! Go FINS!!!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Paul
