Principal's Message
Conference Weeks!
Dear Croce Elementary Families,
I wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you for your incredible support of our Fun Run. The enthusiastic participation and generous spirit of our Croce community made it an overwhelming success. It was truly wonderful to see our students enjoying themselves and celebrating their achievements.
One of the highlights was definitely the chance for the students to silly string me! Their excitement and energy were infectious, and it was a memorable way to celebrate meeting our goal. It’s moments like these that remind me how fortunate we are to have such a supportive and engaged community.
As we move into the next couple of weeks, I’d like to remind everyone about our upcoming conferences. Conferences will be held this week and next week. Please note that to accommodate these meetings, students will be dismissed early:
- Monday through Friday: Students will be dismissed at 1:30 pm.
- TK/K Students: Will be dismissed at 1:10 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and at 1:30 pm on Wednesday.
Please make sure to adjust your schedules accordingly and plan for early pick-ups during this period.
I also want to take a moment to express how proud I am of our students following our recent earthquake drill. Their behavior was exemplary—each student responded with responsibility and maturity, which is a testament to the guidance and preparation they receive at home and school. Our students’ preparedness and calm demeanor truly showcased their commitment to safety.
Thank you again for your continued support and involvement in our school community. Your partnership plays a crucial role in our students' success and well-being. If you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to reach out.
Bike Safety Reminder
For those students who ride their bikes to school, please ensure that they bring a lock and secure their bikes to prevent theft or damage. We want all our students to enjoy their ride to school without worry. Locking bikes not only helps protect personal property but also promotes a sense of responsibility among our young riders.
Parking Lot Guidelines
Our parking lot continues to be a challenge due to limited space. With only 61 spaces available for 106 staff members, we kindly request that parents use designated visitor parking areas and avoid parking in spaces reserved for staff. Handicapped parking spots must remain open for students and families who need them. Your cooperation helps ensure that our staff can efficiently carry out their duties and that our special needs students have access to the accommodations they require.
Thank you for your ongoing support and partnership.
Have a wonderful weekend!
