Celebrating Our School Counselors (Feb 2–6, 2026)

National School Counseling Week (NSCW) is approaching! From February 2–6, 2026, HCPSS will join districts across the country to celebrate the vital impact our school counselors have on student achievement and well-being. This year’s theme is "School Counselors Amplify Student Success”. Our counselors are the "amplifiers" in our buildings—turning student dreams into reality and providing the support needed for every child to thrive. Between February 2-6, please take a moment to thank your school counselor(s).

For a discount on laying your mulch, contact Mt. Hebron alums Ashton D’Alonzo and Jackson Williams, proud owners of AJ's Lawn & Landscape, at 443-520-5258.

DON’T NEED MULCH? Consider making a monetary donation instead. Every dollar donated helps to reduce out-of-pocket cost to attend, and allows us to gift tickets to students who might otherwise not be able to attend.

Call for Volunteers!

You already know our Mulch sale is live, but did you know you have an opportunity to volunteer for it? We are now accepting parent volunteers (sign up here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/8050D4FACAD2DAA8-61732375-mulch#/) and student volunteers (sign up here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/8050D4FACAD2DAA8-61732368-mulch#/).

Save the Date and Save Your Stuff! Save the Date and Save Your Stuff!

The Mt. Hebron Marching Unit will be collecting your unwanted/unused household goods in the parking lot of Mt. Hebron on February 28th from 9:00am-1:00pm. They will have a trailer from 2nd Ave. ready to receive your goods. This is a great way to clean out your house and to support the Marching Unit at the same time.

Please see the two links below for all of the details and to share how many bags/boxes you intend to drop off. You can still drop off goods if you forget to sign up in the SignUpGenius but we appreciate everyone that does sign up so we can estimate the number of extra cars we might need to transport additional goods, especially books!

Thank you for your support!
