Dear Parents and Students,

As we continue through STAAR testing, I want to take a moment to share how incredibly proud I am of our entire school community.

First, I want to celebrate our students for their hard work on the Reading STAAR. You showed determination, focus, and perseverance throughout the testing process. We are so proud of the effort you put in and the way you applied the strategies you have been practicing all year. No matter the outcome, your dedication and growth have truly shined, and you represented our campus well!

We will continue to push for our Science and Math STAAR Tests!

April 29 Mathematics Grade 3

As we continue with STAAR testing, please remember:

Get a good night’s sleep
Eat a healthy breakfast
Take your time and use the strategies you’ve learned
Most importantly — do your very best

This is our time to shine. We are prepared, we are confident, and we are ready.

Just a reminder, the campus will be closed to visitors from April 13–May 1 for state testing.

Estimados padres y estudiantes,

Mientras continuamos con las pruebas STAAR, quiero tomar un momento para compartir lo increíblemente orgullosa que estoy de toda nuestra comunidad escolar.

Primero, quiero celebrar a nuestros estudiantes por su arduo trabajo en el STAAR de lectura. Demostraron determinación, enfoque y perseverancia durante todo el proceso del examen. Estamos muy orgullosos del esfuerzo que pusieron y de cómo aplicaron las estrategias que han practicado durante todo el año. Independientemente de los resultados, su dedicación y crecimiento realmente brillaron, ¡y representaron muy bien a nuestra escuela!

¡Continuaremos esforzándonos al máximo para los exámenes STAAR de Ciencias y Matemáticas!

As stated in the Beneke Elementary Handbook, the latest time to check your student out for the day is 2:45 p.m. After this time, we will not release students, as our staff is focused on preparing for dismissal.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and efficient dismissal process.

Según lo establecido en el Manual de Beneke Elementary, la hora límite para recoger a su hijo(a) es a las 2:45 p.m. Después de esta hora, no entregaremos a los estudiantes, ya que nuestro personal estará enfocado en prepararse para la salida.

Beginning Monday, August 18, 2025

All car riders must be picked up by 3:45pm. The school will call parents of students who are still on campus after 3:45. Upon arrival, parents must come to the front office to sign the child out. You must have your I.D. to sign your child out after 3:45 p.m. Spring ISD police and/or Child Protective Services will be contacted for any child that is left after 4:30 pm. Parents who arrive after 4:00pm 3 or more times will be required to find a different transportation option.

Todos los estudiantes que sean recogidos en automóvil deben ser recogidos a más tardar a las 3:45 p. m. La escuela llamará a los padres de los estudiantes que aún estén en el campus después de las 3:45 p. m. Al llegar, los padres deberán pasar por la oficina principal para firmar la salida del niño. Debe presentar su identificación para firmar la salida de su hijo después de las 3:45 p. m. La policía de Spring ISD y/o los Servicios de Protección Infantil serán contactados por cualquier niño que permanezca después de las 4:30 p. m. Los padres que lleguen después de las 4:00 p. m. en 3 o más ocasiones deberán encontrar una opción de transporte diferente.

All car riders have a car rider number, and parents must have the placard issued by the campus to pick students up from the car rider line.

You may not use a picture of the placard to pick up your student.

If you arrive after 3:45 PM to pick up your student up from the front office with the car rider tag, show your ID, and sign the late dismissal form.

Please be courteous and follow the procedures when using the car rider line.

The traffic pattern is designed for cars to take turns, turning into the parking lot from Briarchase Dr.

Please do not form a third line down the center of the road to turn into the car rider line.

Walker A Parents, please do not block the entrance to the neighborhood. In the event of an emergency, an emergency vehicle needs access to the residents' homes. Therefore, you may not park on both sides of the entrance or the main road leading to the neighborhood.
