Skyhawk Spotlight
Spotlight on Learning
The Korean War was the subject of the day in Mr. VanLeuven's American Wars class. The students were reading and discussing the causes of the war and how the world's superpowers influenced the events on the Korean peninsula. Students gained an understanding of why Korea was split and why each side believed the way they did. This was just one of the many amazing things happening at Salem Hills High School.
College Application Day
Several Utah colleges and universities visited Salem Hills High School to help our seniors start their college application process. Students could visit the booths of the schools to get help with applications, ask about financial aid, and catch the school's overall vibe. During College Application Week, students can also get help with their FAFSA application and participate in several college themed activities.
