Heritage Happenings
August 2025
October 2025
Dear Heritage Families,
A new month is here, and there’s so much to look forward to! October brings exciting events like Parent/Teacher Conferences, festive Fall Parties, and plenty of new learning opportunities in the classroom.
Don't forget to sign up for Parent/Teacher Conferences! This is a great opportunity to connect and discuss your child’s progress.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your child’s classroom teacher. We look forward to seeing you!
Important Dismissal Reminders
To ensure a safe and smooth dismissal for all students, we have a few important reminders for the end of the school day:
Office Pick-Up: The last time a student can be picked up from the office is 2:45 p.m. After this time, all students will be dismissed through our regular car rider or bus dismissal procedures.
Dismissal Transportation Changes: Please call the office with any changes to your child's dismissal plan (e.g., car rider instead of bus) before 2:45 p.m. This helps us ensure your child gets to the right place safely.
Car Rider Line: For the safety of our students and staff, please stay in your car while in the car rider line.
Buckling Up: If you need to buckle your child into their car seat, we kindly ask that you pull all the way forward to the designated "buckling" area. This allows the line to keep moving and prevents traffic from backing up.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us make dismissal efficient and safe for everyone.
We appreciate you working together with us as a team to support your child’s growth and success. Your involvement, communication, and encouragement make a big difference, and we truly value our partnership.
Warmest Regards,
Your Admin Team
Dr. Kimberley Walters, Val Sutton, Katie Will, & Melrick Bogier
