Many of our students are working on argumentative or persuasive essays. Researching for this can prove difficult to find reliable and safe resources. Checkout the Research Guide that I've put together in an effort to currate MeL databases and websites.

Lunch in the PHS Library

Students are welcome to come to the library on their lunch to work on computers, study and relax as quiet alternative to the cafeteria. Students are welcome to bring their lunch and can eat at any of the tables!

To help keep lunch in the PHS Library a great thing for everyone, please remember...

  • Clean up after yourself. There are two large trash cans by the front doors.
  • No food at the computers. This helps keep our labs clean and functional.
  • Be mindful of volume. A productive hum is fabulous! To maintain the integrity of a quiet alternative to the cafeteria, please use indoor voices.
