Important Information
As the weather cools down, please encourage students to dress appropriately. Students who arrive before 8:00, should bring a coat or jacket as we will remain outside for as long as possible. Blankets are not allowed at school.
Our first semester dance will take place on November 14th. It runs from 3:45-5:00 and costs $2 to enter. Students can use their Class Cash once they are in the dance for pizza, prizes and more. Once a student has left the dance, he/she will not be allowed to return. Please have rides waiting at 5:00 PM.
Mission is proud to host the band Gooding on Monday, November 3rd, from 2:20 to the end of the day. This event is sponsored by Funding the Future, which is an organization focused on teaching students about financial literacy. Our HAL coordinator worked to secure this event for the building! It should be a lot of fun!
The week of November 17th, Mission will sponsor a "We are Thankful You are Here" week. We will have dress up days and prizes each day. On Friday, November 21st, we will have our annual Thanksgiving Feast. We ask that parents help us out that day with pies. If you are interested in donating a pie please click here. The pie must be store bought. Thanks so much!!
Ipad Use!
Please encourage your son/daughter to charge his/her ipad each evening. Students also need to bring their ipad to school each day. It's difficult for them to complete work without the ipad.
Veterans Day
There is no school on Tuesday, November 11th, in honor of Veterans Day. Thank you so much to all of our military families, Veterans, and those serving our country.
Annual Fundraiser
We do one fundraiser each year. We will kick off our fundraiser next week. We need your help to make it successful! We use the money for our dances, candy cart, and other rewards for kids. See the information below!!
