Updates from our Clubs
Knight Crew Update
Knight Crew spent over 3 hours with the ESTEM students in January and it was a great experience. Like always, they kicked it off with what Harding has to offer and then ran some community building activities. We're hoping this connection will draw more ESTEM students over to Harding for the school year of 2025-2026! Building this bridge with ESTEM is important to us.
AVID Update
Last month, AVID juniors and seniors had the opportunity to visit the University of Northwestern in Roseville. During the visit, students learned about the variety of academic programs and scholarships they offer. The highlight of the day was a phenomenal campus tour, which included stunning campus features, historic architecture and a look in the dorms with convenient kitchenettes and spacious bathrooms.
After the tour, students enjoyed a delicious lunch on campus while enjoying in the atmosphere.
This trip helped our students feel more prepared and excited for their future college journeys. A big thank you to Boon Yang and the University of Northwestern for making this day possible!
Earth Club Field Trip
Harding Earth Club made it's annual voyage to Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCAW) in farthest northern region on Minnesota in January. Students were able to experience dog sledding, hiking, cold plunging and sauna, bonfires, stargazing, and four days with no cell reception. We waved at Canada, played games, took naps and made friends. One of the many goals of the Earth Club trips is to encourage students to find joy, adventure, and rest in natural spaces with the hopes that they continue to do this on their own and bring family and friends with them. Earth Club meets every Wednesday in room 1310 at 3pm.

It is a form that helps students get money to pay for college. The FAFSA is free to fill out and can qualify students for free money for college. For most students and families, it’s fast and easy to complete! Both the student and parent(s)/guardian(s) will need to fill it out. Need help or have questions? Please reach out to our CCC staff.
- Seniors looking for scholarships can use this document to help start their search. [insert mine and Jamie’s contact info]
