Hamlin Happenings

• Arrival at School: Students should not arrive at school before 7:45 a.m., as there is no supervision before that time. Additionally, please encourage your child to dress for the weather, as we will only come inside during extreme weather
  
  
• Athletic Events: Students are welcome and encouraged to attend after-school athletic events. After-school athletics are an extension of the school day and all rules apply. Please remember that students must be picked up after the game at 6:00 p.m. They should not loiter around the building, as no supervision is provided, and their safety is our number one priority.

Orland Park Dental Services have arranged for dental services at Hamlin. These services may include an exam, cleaning, fluoride treatment and sealants (a protective coating on the chewing surfaces of back teeth), as well as the application of Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) to treat the progression of tooth decay. Licensed dentists, hygienists and assistants will come to Hamlin with portable equipment. Please click the image to sign your student up for this FREE dental cleaning/exam.

Tip off is 4:00 pm for the 7th Graders. (8th Grade plays at 5:00)
