Apartment Maintenance Certification/Employment (Internship): Graduating early? Interested in being a Jack-of-all-Trades and a Master at Maintenance? Come take a FREE week long course to earn your (CAMT) Certificate of Apartment Maintenance Technology Certification. D11 will cover all the cost for the course! Dental Assistant Course/PAID Employment (Internship): Thinking about becoming a Dental Assistant? Sign up for a FREE course that is offered T-TH from 7:30-11:30 and 2 Saturdays a month. PAID Construction/Highway Maintenance Internship: Would you like a career in public works/CDOT? This opportunity is 2 for 1! PAID Aerospace Scientists/Engineering Internship: Interested working at Lockheed Martin in their space division? (summer but applications due 1/5/2024): This opportunity allows students to work with Aerospace Scientists and Engineers. Healthcare Internship: Interested working in the healthcare helping the aging population? This opportunity allows students to see what it is like to work in healthcare, specifically the elderly. The internship is 15 hours being exposed to different departments within a facility that houses elderly individuals. For more information: JAWS Opportunities

Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Internship: Do you want to work side-by-side with professionals to learn what it is like building a building? This opportunity allows students to see what it is like to work as an Architect, Construction Manager, and Engineer with professionals that come and mentor students through a real-world project. Students will be working side-by-side with D11 communication professionals to learn what it takes to be in the industry, to earn FEDERAL REGRISTERED APPRENTICESHIP certificate (2,000 hour). Students will need to commit to working for D11 for 2 years (11th grade (2nd semester), 12th grade, and 1 year after graduation). Getting PAID while you learn! Must attend Palmer High School or Mitchell High School.

PAID - Manufacturing Apprenticeship: Would you like to work on wind turbines and learn about wind energy? This opportunity is in Windsor and Brighton where students will be working side-by-side professionals to learn what it takes to work in the wind energy industry working with wind turbines. This is a FEDERAL REGRISTERED APPRENTICESHIP where you will earn certificate (2,000 hour). Getting PAID while you learn!
