Data Information
This school year, we are introducing a new district assessment platform to help us gather meaningful information about student learning and growth in reading and math.
As we begin using this new system, our staff will be learning and navigating it together. We look forward to using the information it provides to better understand student needs and support continued growth throughout the school year. We are excited to begin this learning journey together and appreciate your support as we work to make the most of this new resource!
We are looking forward to beginning this fall with each of you and watching our pride continue to grow throughout our community.
Go Redskins!

Student Athletic Passes
Reminder: If your student would like to purchase a 2026-2027 yearly sports pass, it costs $50 and they can be purchased and picked up in the High School office.
Game Day Expectations
Our goal is for all students to enjoy sporting events while staying safe. We ask for your help in reminding your son or daughter that playing under the bleachers is not permitted. Running underneath the bleachers or hanging from the top can make it difficult for staff to monitor students and ensure everyone’s safety.
There are designated grass areas for students to play as well as a student section where they can cheer on our teams and enjoy the game.
Thank you for partnering with us and helping reinforce these expectations with your student. We appreciate your support in making our athletic events a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone!
Office Reminders
Notifying School of Absences
We would like to remind parents of the regulations regarding student absences. If a student will be absent for all or part of a day, the parent is responsible for calling the school each day by 8:30 a.m. stating the name of the absent student and the reason for the absence. Calls can be made by dialing (419) 678-4834 anytime. You may report absences, leave a message for a staff member, etc. If parents have not called by 8:30 a.m., a call will be made from the school to the student’s home inquiring about the absence. Parent(s)/Guardian(s) in any home that do not have a telephone may provide to the principal a signed note delivered before school starts by any member of the family or a student from the neighborhood.
Game Day Tickets
If your student needs a ticket for football games please have our student turn their money into Mrs. Stahl at the office.
Tattoos
Redskin tattoos are available for purchase in the Elementary office for $.50 each. Go Redskins!
A note from Mrs. Miller
Immunization Requirements (All Students)
Please ensure your child's immunizations are up to date and that the school has a current copy of their immunization record. If your child is not fully immunized, an exemption form must be completed and submitted.
Health Information Updates
Your child's health and safety are our priority. If your child has any changes to their health during the school year—including new medical conditions, allergies, medications, or other health concerns—please notify me as soon as possible so their health records can be kept current and we can provide the appropriate care at school.
Medication at School
If your child will need medication during the school day, please bring the medication to the school office along with the appropriate completed form(s).
Prescription medication: Complete the Authorization to Dispense Prescription Medication form. A signed physician's order is also required.
Over-the-counter medication: Complete the Authorization to Dispense Non-Prescription Medication form.

Lunch Menus
Parents are encouraged to begin placing money in their child(ren)’s lunch account prior to the start of the school year. You may do so by stopping in at any of the building offices, by mail, or online through PaySchools. We encourage payment by check or credit card as this provides the best documentation for any payment. No money will be taken through the lunch line.
-Your student's PIN # (also called Student ID) can be found in FinalForms (login to your account, select your student's name and see "Student ID")
Payments need to be separated!
Children in grades K-4 can be paid with one check and children in grades 5-12 need to be paid with another. Please be sure to write each child’s name, PIN#, and the amount of money you wish to be placed in each child’s account.
-Lunch prices are as follows:
KG-8th grade - $2.30
Extra Milk - $.40
Please monitor your child's lunch account balance on a regular basis. Low balance letters are emailed weekly for accounts with a balance under $5.00. Lunch account balances and transaction history are available for review at www.payschoolscentral.com.

Thank You! PTO
We want to give a HUGE thank you to our PTO for the incredible support they continue to show our school! The students have been loving the new recess equipment, including balls, jump ropes, hula hoops, and more. Our staff has also appreciated the supplies provided in the workroom to help us get the school year off to a great start!
One of the most enjoyable additions to our school is the new library furniture that was installed over the summer. It has already been put to good use! Students are enjoying listening to books, browsing, and reading while they wait to check out their next book.
Thank you again, PTO, for all you do to support our students, staff, and school community. We are so grateful for everything you do!
