Bingo Night May Be Over, But We Still Need Raffle Items For Chili Cook Off!
New Year, New Things to Brag About!
PTO provided a coffee truck and pastries to welcome back DRE staff. This is a staff favorite!
Spirit wear went out to all who ordered it. Our student design winner has loved seeing her art on her friends' shirts!
PTO granted a request to pay for every first grader to have a shirt to wear in next week's program. Can't wait to see what they designed!
We also granted a request to purchase recorders for every 4th grader at DRE. This will save time having to sanitize the recorders between classes and students will get to take them home at the end of their unit! We love that the students are getting such an awesome learning experience that they can continue to grow!
Delaware Ridge PTO now has Zeffy! We are so excited to be able to offer this more convenient way for you to participate in the great things we have planned!
Chocolate Prizes Are Coming Home Today!
If your student participated in the Chocolate Fundraiser, those prizes are coming home today! If your child earned the video game bus, that information will be pushed out soon!
Bingo Night Was a Success!
Thanks to all who sent in prize donations to make our Bingo Night extra special for all who attended! The addition of pizza seemed to go over really well! We saw many smiles and had great attendance! Can't wait for next year!
Valentine Party Sign Ups!!!
PTO is currently supporting the upcoming Valentine Parties by creating the sign ups and filling in any missing items so that our students can all have a fun celebration. Kindness Project Helpers Needed
Delaware Ridge Elementary will be celebrating Valentine’s Day with fun, meaningful Kindness Projects during the school day on Friday, February 13, 2026.
We are seeking up to five volunteers per grade level to assist with guiding students, organizing materials, and encouraging positive interactions throughout each station. Students will rotate through three meaningful, hands-on projects designed to promote creativity, connection, and service. You are welcome to help with BOTH the Kindness Projects AND Class Parties! We'd love to have you!

What is PTO?
PTO is a group of parents and teachers that work together to plan fun, family events for students at Delaware Ridge Elementary. We meet once a month (usually the first Thursday) in the Media Center at DRE. Meetings usually last about an hour and we use that time to review our budget, plan for upcoming events and take down ideas for future events. All parents/caregivers and teachers are welcome to attend. We'd love to see you there!
