30 Day Challenge Groups - 2026
Welcome To The 30 Day Challenge Workouts
We're so glad you're here! this is your one-stop resource for workouts guidance to help you keep your body strong, flexible and mobile for life.
Here's what you'll find and what we encourage:
✨ Structured workouts
• Lower body days on even dates
• Upper body & core on odd dates
• Each with videos and easy-to-follow modifications, so you can work at your level and progress with confidence.
✨ Daily movement
We encourage you to walk at least 20 minutes a day—aiming to gradually increase to 10,000 steps. Consistent walking improves cardiovascular health, burns calories, and supports joint health.
✨ Heavy weight lifting
Building strength with heavier weights is key to maintaining muscle, boosting metabolism, supporting bone density, and aging powerfully.
✨ Stretching for flexibility
Daily stretches improve range of motion, reduce risk of injury, ease stiffness, and help you feel more agile and free in your body.
We’re here to support and encourage you every step of the way. Share your wins, ask questions, and know this is a space to stay motivated together. Let’s move, lift, stretch, and walk our way to lifelong health!
