As we begin the month of May, we are excited to introduce our character focus: self-determination. Self-determination means having the confidence and motivation to set goals, make positive choices, and keep going even when things feel challenging. Throughout the month, we will be encouraging students to take ownership of their learning, show perseverance, and believe in their ability to succeed. You can support this at home by talking with your child about their goals and celebrating their efforts along the way. We look forward to seeing our students grow in confidence and independence as they practice self-determination each day.
