Dear Families,

The waiting list is assessed based on the current availability of space, and each quarter, we evaluate openings on a grade-by-grade basis. When space becomes available, we follow a structured process to ensure fairness and transparency:

  1. Space Available Per Grade: We first look at the availability within each grade level. If a spot opens in a particular grade, we assess the waiting list for that grade first.

  2. Days Available: After considering the grade, we look at the specific days when space is available and match them with families needing those days.

  3. Sibling Consideration: To help keep families together, if one child from a family is selected, we will also offer a spot to any siblings on the waiting list if space permits.

  4. Lottery System: Once these factors are considered, we use a lottery system to determine which students will be offered a spot from the current waiting list.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through this process. Our goal is to ensure that all families have an opportunity to access the program while maintaining a fair and consistent approach.

If you have any questions or would like more information, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for your continued support!

Warm regards,

Nayagara Viera
