Building A

• Footing rebar and anchor bolts are complete
• Continued slab-on-grade preparation including concrete form work
• Installing under slab plumbing, and electrical conduit
• Advanced elevator pit construction, including wall reinforcing, forming, waterproofing, and concrete placement
• Continued coordination and design review activities associated with the Vaper Intrusion Mitigation System

Building B

• Completed stage footing concrete placement
• Footing rebar and anchor bolts are complete
• Continued slab-on-grade preparation including concrete form work
• Advanced elevator pit construction, including wall reinforcing, forming, waterproofing, and concrete placement
• Completed canopy pier drilling, rebar installation, and concrete placement

Building A

• Complete stem wall concrete placement
• Install under slab piping vents and rock base materials in the classroom area
• Continue electrical conduit installation
• Begin preparations for the slab including rebar reinforcing steel and vapor barrier
• Complete elevator pit wall pours and form removal

Building B

• Started structural steel erection!
• Complete elevator pit wall pours and form removal
• Continued coordination and design review activities associated with the Vaper Intrusion Mitigation System

This current phase of work includes two new buildings, the staff/visitors parking lot, and a remodel of the K Quad. Building A is a two-story classroom building along Cutting Blvd with the administrative, student services, and health center offices in the eastern wing. Building B is a combination performing arts and cafeteria supported by a full-cook kitchen, stage, and back of house areas.

We are accepting applications to join the Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC). The CBOC reviews bond-funded school projects and informs the public about bond expenditures and uses.
