As we move into November...🍂
Our learners are doing incredible work every day, and a major focus has been to not just teach our 4 Cs (Caring, Committed, Courageous, Creative) but to actively recognize and celebrate them.
We've been hard at work creating opportunities for students to get "shout outs" and for staff to highlight those moments when students demonstrate these key attributes. Whether it’s a student:
Caring enough to help a friend pick up their books.
Committed to working through a challenging math problem.
Courageous in sharing an idea, even when it feels a little risky.
Creative in finding a new way to approach a project.
We're grateful for your partnership. Your continued support and encouragement are needed as we work together to develop our learners into well-rounded geniuses.
Our goal is to nurture critical thinkers who aren't afraid to take risks. We're also focusing on the social-emotional skills that make a supportive community:
Showing empathy for others' feelings.
Using encouraging words to support classmates.
When you're speaking with your child about their school day, please keep the 4 Cs in mind. Asking them about a moment they were "Courageous" or "Caring" today helps reinforce what we're doing here at school.
In partnership,
Tricia and Matt

Windsor Coming Together:
Windsor has always been a community that looks out for one another. If you’re in a position to help, please consider donating to the Windsor Food Bank. Every contribution makes a difference and helps ensure that all of our neighbors have access to the food they need during this uncertain time. You can also donate non-perishable food items directly through our Amazon Wish List or visit Windsor Food Bank for other ways to help!
