Newsletter October 6, 2025

Dear Nashoba Community,

I hope this message finds you doing well. Last Friday we had a fantastic Wolf Day event with students and staff participating in community building activities. It was a great success and we are planning additional community building activities throughout the year!

As communicated last week by the Superintendent, beginning Friday, October 3rd, 2025, the Still River Bridge on Route 117 will be closed to through traffic as part of the scheduled MassDOT repair project. The closure is expected to last through October 17th, and will affect travel in both Bolton and Lancaster. Families should plan for increased traffic and delays, especially during school and work commute times.

Important Dates:

  • Friday, 10/10 - Senior Class Photo - 8:00am
  • Friday, 10/10 - PSATs for Juniors
  • Monday, 10/13 - Indigenous People's Day - No School
  • Thursday, 10/16 - School Council 6pm
  • Friday, 10/24 - Homecoming Game 6pm
  • Saturday, 10/25 - Homecoming Dance (all grades) 6 - 9 pm

I am looking for a parent/guardian school council member from Stow. Please reach out if interested.

Have a wonderful week!

Dr. Kate Boynton, principal
