Thank you for participating in our Fall Fundraiser. For the past 8 years our fundraiser profits have gone directly to funding school wide projects that our budget does not allow for, specifically carpet! We can not afford to do those necessary updates without these funds! Thanks for your help!

Our school counseling services are available to every student. This Consent for School Counseling Services form is intended to allow for parental/guardian permission of these services as needed. You have the right to withhold consent or decline any of these services to your child by submitting this form/written consent. This consent form will be considered effective until the end of the school year, unless you object.
