Elementary Art Info

Hello!

We are SO excited for Elementary Art to start up again for the 2025-26 year at MEA. This is a class designed for K - 5th grade and it focuses on the Elements of Art and Principles of Design. We create multiple pieces of art with the focus being on the FUN and the CREATIVITY of each student. Classes are held every Tuesday at 12:30 - 1:15 in the MakerSpace.

Elementary art class is limited to 24 students. If more than 24 students complete the form by the sign up deadline, a ‘random name application’ will be used to select the 24 students for the class roster and additional students will be placed on a waitlist. Everyone who completes the form will be notified, either way.

Important Dates:

8/11/25 - Monday Message will be sent out with the link.

8/14/25 - At 11:59pm the google form will be closed.

8/15/25 - If more than 24 names are received, a 'Random Name Application' will be used to create the 24 student class roster

8/16/25 - Everyone will be sent an email letting them know if they are in the

class or on the waitlist.

8/19/25 - First day of ART class in MakerSpace at 12:30 - 1:15pm.
