As we step into November, I want to take a moment to thank you for your ongoing support and involvement in our school community. We have had an exciting fall filled with learning, growth, and community-building. Your commitment to your child’s education makes all the difference.

November is a time for gratitude, and I want to express my heartfelt thanks to each of you. Oak Hill is a special place because of our strong family-school partnership, and I am so grateful to be part of this wonderful community.

November 5 – RETAKES- Fall Individual Pictures with Fain Photography
It's time for individual student pictures RETAKES! Fain Photography will be here on November 5th to retake any pictures. Be sure to have them return the original packet and fill out a new form.

There are three ways to order photos...

1. Pre Pay Link. Pre Pay link is live and you can easily order photos now at the link above. No need to remember that picture form and payment on Picture Day. Order online now and we handle the rest. Photos will be delivered to school with No Shipping Charges.

2. Picture Order Form. Photo forms will be coming home with your student soon. Simply send the order form and payment with your student on Picture Day. Photos will be delivered to the school with No Shipping Charges.

If you would like to donate cereal for our Holiday Cereal Drive, please do so any time now through December 16. Thank you!

We’re thrilled to share that our OAKS Afterschool Program is going strong! This year, our program is packed with intervention, enrichment, and engaging activities designed to support and inspire every student.

School Counselor Request Form: This form is to be used by staff and parents/guardians of students at OHES. Please fill out the information below so we can help meet the needs of the student. Reminder, counseling requests/visits are confidential expect when someone is being hurt, hurting themselves or hurting others. Please reach out by phone if you feel as if the situation is urgent and needs immediate attention.

Send a doctor's excuse for excused absence or have them faxed to 740-682-7065.

We hosted our first OAKS Rally of the year to celebrate students who earned 200 OAKS bucks by demonstrating Ownership, Achievement, Kindness, and Safety throughout the first grading period. Students and staff joined together for a fun-filled event with games, activities, and plenty of school spirit!

We are so proud of our students’ commitment to these important values and look forward to even more celebrations in the future. Thank you for your support in helping our students succeed and grow.
