Superintendent's Weekly Update March 18th, 2022

March 18, 2022

Dear Weymouth Public Schools' Families,

It was an exciting week as we celebrated and supported several different causes, events and holidays in all of our schools across the district. The celebration will continue over the weekend, as we welcome the first day of spring on Sunday!

This time of year is particularly important as the days get longer, the light shines brighter, and we begin to see the seeds we planted start to grow.

The key to a plant's success lies within preparing the soil, and tending to the plant's needs. As a district, our growth is a direct result of preparing our educators with the tools, resources, and environment they need to be successful, and supporting them in meeting the needs of their students each day.

Pictured below are a few of my favorite moments that were captured throughout the week. Each smile is a perfect reminder of our schools, students, and staff who continue to flourish.

Have a great weekend!

Best Regards,

Robert Wargo
